Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    All goods in stock are normally shipped the same day. Where an item is out of stock or supplied to special order only the order will be held until complete and then shipped in full. Delivery is normally copleted via Royal Mail 1st class post for smaller items and DPD Courier for larger and expensive products. Tracking on DPD shipments is available upon request should you need it. DPD will normally text or email a delivery slot of 1 hour on the morning of delivery and should this be inconvienient the options are available to leave in a safe place/with neighbour etc or arrange another day for delivery. Parcels left without a signature cannot be then claimed as not rec or damage in transit claims will not be recognised .

    We value our customers data and assure you that no contact data is ever shared with a 3rd party and all payment dats is handled through Paypal

  • Returns & Replacements

    In the event of an error or a problem we are happy to credit or replace any item that is not suitable. Returns should be made in the following way. 

  • Contact the company pref by email stating which item is being returned and for what reason. Please also state if you require a refund or replacement. By using email instead of calling a record is created and it is then easier when the item comes back to tie it up and deal with it more effieciently.
  • Items should be returned in saleable condition , with all packaging  undamaged and unused if the item is not required or not what was expected. 
  • If the item is faulty please return and state the issue
  • Some items are not returnable and care should be taken when ordering the following 
  • BOOKS AND MANUALS , ELECTRICAL ITEMS, JETS ,UNDERWEAR [unless still in the sealed box]
  • If we have made a picking error and sent the wrong item we will arrange collection, all other returns are at the cost and decision of the customer 
  • Items returned should be done so with accompanying information and signed for on delivery or tracked as we cannot refund something that doesnt turn up 
  • The refund is restricted to the item returned value only as per the invoice

    Please place orders via the website but if you have difficulty call or message us for support 

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We use Paypal for payment processing. You dont need a paypal account as you can pay with your credit or debit card

  • We reserve the right to amend, vary or change pricing if it is found to be incorrect on the site. 
  • Viewing Orders

    Orders can be viewed at anytime by logging into your account and checking the status 

  • Updating Account Information

    Should your information be out of date please correct it so that if we need to contact you we can do so
